I hereby give permission for my child to participate in courses sponsored by Children's World Languages, Inc. I waive and release all rights for claims that I may have against Children's World Languages, Inc. and/or damages or injuries to my child that may occur while participating in the Children's World Languages program. I understand that reasonable safety precautions will be used during the classes. I am responsible for prompt pick-up and drop-off of my child. Children's World Languages, Inc. teachers are trained to work with groups of children. I understand that should my child have difficulty cooperating, the teacher will telephone me to ask me to talk with my child and clarify classroom expectations. If the problem continues, and jeopardizes other children’s learning, I understand that I may be asked to withdraw my child from the program with no refund. No refunds given after the first class of each semester. Children's World Languages, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the class. If fewer than 3 children register; full tuition will be refunded in a timely manner.

Occasionally, pictures and/or video are taken during Children's World Languages programs and events. Some of these pictures may be used in advertisements, be put on the official CWL website, or used in newspapers. This waiver is to be checked by a parent/guardian. By checking this box I DO give permission for my child’s picture/video to be taken for use in local newspapers, school newsletters, school/town websites, advertisements, etc.
